My Approach

HOW I coach

Our coaching relationship will begin with a scene-setting call during which we will design our alliance — the unique way we’ll agree to work together. We’ll discuss what brought you here, where you want to go, and what you need from me in order to get there.

We will work together to set your agenda, explore the context around the challenge(s) or situation you are facing, and create momentum and accountability for you to act on these insights. My objective is not only to support you to achieve specific outcomes but also to challenge you to create lasting change, and cultivate a sense of empowerment that will continue to serve you after our final session.

I combine my broader coaching experience with the ICF accredited Co-Active Coaching methodology, to ensure that my clients get access to the best of what the undiluted power of transformational coaching can bring (more on this below). Working with you, I will leverage my intuition, curiosity, and training to enable meaningful self-discovery, clear next steps, and lasting change.

Am I The right coach for you?

I work well with people who are driven, determined, and have a sense of what they want, but haven’t been able to focus, prioritise, and make it happen in the face of all that the world demands of them. My clients are eager to reconnect with themselves, hear more of their own voice, and explore their true desires — with the aim of growing from that authentic place.

My style is fluid, exploratory, and often playful, and can lead us to unexpected places—but I will always be laser focused on your agenda. Enabling a life guided by inner truth rather than external expectations can feel like an uphill battle. I see coaching as a partnership of equals, motivated by your agenda. I will provide the space for your to explore, discover and embark on your own way forward.

More on Transformational Coaching

Working with me, you’ll be experiencing the Co-Active coaching method; a globally recognised transformational coaching approach. Transformational coaching focuses on life as a whole, delving into your values and aspirations, and aligning these insights with actions that help break beliefs, behaviours, or patterns that are getting in your way. In this way, it can feel more holistic than other types of coaching.

Co-Active prioritises an equal partnership between coach and client, grounded in balance and collaboration. Conversations are grounded in the belief that humans (you!) are inherently creative, resourceful, and whole, possessing all the capacity to discover your way forward. You can find out more about the Co-Active Method here.

The Co-Active method is well known for its transformational effectiveness and rigour. It’s founders helped to establish many of the tools, standards and ethics that coaching professionals live by today. By completing my professional training with the Co-Active Institute, I will be joining more than 145,000 people, including employees in more than a third of Fortune 100 companies, who have qualified in this method globally. Many consider Co-Active as the gold standard within the coaching industry, and a powerful partner within the field of psychology.
